My Story

I am a recovering “dirty vegan” with over 10 years or raw food and juice detoxing experience

After being diagnosed with PCOS, like most folks I followed the doctor’s orders and flew to the pharmacist for the quick fix…

…the thought of an even healthier diet made sense, but finding tons of tasty options was always tough

…plus I figured my “dirty vegan” diet of mock meats and packaged pastas was good enough…

but I was wrong.

After many years my symptoms were still there, along with extra weight and the fear that PCOS would ruin my life

It was only until I replaced the fake food with REAL FOOD was I able to reverse my symptoms, drop the weight and experience my body in a way I never had (like smoother skin + satisfying sleep)


Other habits that have helped me (that you can do TODAY wherever you are, retreat at home!)

BREATHE….deeply for an energy boost throughout the day

BALANCE…because flavor is just as important as function

CHEW…because if you don’t, all the good stuff just passes through


Ever since I figured it out I’ve been developing as many techniques as I can while collecting tips from the countless others who’ve had similar results.

I’ve created this retreat to share what I’ve learned and inspire you to do the same.

The week includes 5 days of workshops that teach you plant-based meal prep and other helpful tips. Plus the program includes daily yoga, meditation, workshops, discussions and films.

Unfortunately, many retreats don’t put food first which usually leaves the menu to the same old salads, egg whites and salmon filet and other “halfway healthy foods” that you can easily get back home.

On the other hand, some retreats can be seen as extreme, (even for me sometimes.) Despite the incredible results, the strict menu of “medicinal raw” is often a better match for those with food addictions, disease recovery or major weight loss.

Our retreat provides a balance of both to give you the information, inspiration and motivation to meet you wherever you are on your journey for years to come.

Juice Detox

Fresh and organic* juices delivering concentrated nutrition to revitalize and recharge! Detox menu is seasonal and can be tailored to your preferences. Start and end the detox with a raw food menu that will help you transition back to eating.


Coconut Detox

From Natures Hand to yours, enjoy the cleanest detox in the world pure water from coconuts harvested daily! Coconut water is the ultimate superfood that is one of the most nutritionally dense on the planet.  I find this detox is great for resetting tastebuds too! Start and end the detox with a raw food menu that will help you transition back to eating.


Living Food Detox

Fresh and organic* raw food delivering concentrated nutrition to revitalize and recharge! Detox menu is seasonal and can often be tailored to your preference. Juices, smoothies and teas are also included. 2-3 meals per day plus drinks.

  • Each retreat includes daily workshop covering juicing, raw food and other topics
  • Opportunities for other off-site activities such as hiking, yoga, surfing and more (depending on location.)
  • *Due to each country’s agricultural infrastructure, we often cannot verify if a product is truly organic but we do try to work with farmers that are as local as possible.
