Although most of the recipes in my 2015 Superfood Smoothies Guide are blender friendly, this one is a toss up. If you’re lucky enough to get fresh pressed apple juice at your shop, you’ve got your work cut out for you, if not — you’re in for a fresher drink!
8oz Apple Juice
1 Apple, peeled
1. Chop + Blend! Cold water can be added to loosen the blend if needed. For best results, use frozen pineapple.
