Mango season is on the way and here in Mexico every block is lined with dropping mango trees — which means dropping prices everywhere since many mangoes come from here. I have a tendency to make my smoothies green and this mango smoothie is no exception. Green-ing your drinks is a great way to get some of your daily greens without having to actually eat them. Plus the sweetness of the fruit cancels out the green so you’ll never know the difference.
1c Almond or Coconut Milk
1/2 Fresh Mango (or about 1/c frozen mango)
1/2c Spinach (or add arugula for a spicy kick)
(for a protein boost add 1tb of spirulina)
