Blue Razz Protein Smoothie

Blue Raspberry, one of my favorite childhood combos, upgraded. Includes Maquiberry, a super food that contains more antioxidants than any known food on earth. 

Blueberries packed with tons of antioxidants, blueberries also protect cholesterol from becoming damaged and help enhance brain function.

Raspberries are also high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and are great for arthritis. They can also kill certain types of cancer cells, including those of colon, esophageal, liver, lung, tongue and skin cancers.

An anti-aging and anti-inflammatory berry grown in the Chilean Andes. Maquiberries also help to maintain a healthy weight and blood sugar levels. Maquiberry also blends well with most fruits.

 

Blue Razz Smoothie

Makes about 12oz

8oz Plant-based Milk (I use coconut for this)

1/4c Blueberry

1/4c Raspberry

1/4c Greens (I use spinach for this)

1 Date (or sweetener of choice, optional)

1t Maqui Powder (optional)

1tb (or more) Chia Seed for protein

 

1. Blend, add more liquid and sweetener if needed
